Here's what I wish I was doing today....going for a spin in my bug with the top down, but it's 30 degrees in Kansas and I can't warm up! I'm going to make Tina's Coconut Pie from her recipe collection at cherryhillcottage.typepad.com. Hopefully having the oven on will help take the edge off. There is hope....I have seen blossoms on my lilac bushes and the daffodils are poking there way up through the earth. Saturday, February 21, 2009
