Awesome Picture

This is random...one of many pictures I have in my collection. My sister took it while she was on a trip in Alaska, and I just can't get over the color of the water. I stare at it, and just think "WOW". There are so many beautiful things on God's green earth for us to admire....and this is one humdinger! Click on the image so you can even see it larger. I think she might have missed her calling to be a professional photographer. Thank goodness someone in the family is retired and can visit all these places.

That IS a beautiful image! I think you're sister is very talented...this really looks like a professional shot. My daughter keeps saying we need to visit Alaska. I think she might be right!

Hi Nancy,
Wow is right! breathtaking for sure. When I was a little girl my parents packed up the hole family drove off in a V.W bug and towed a trailer all the way to Alaska! They were going to homestead. Well that didn't happen so we drove back home. I think it might be time to re-visit a place once visited as a small child.
Enjoy your day,
Elizabeth

This is indeed gorgeous!! /We SO want to take a trip to Alaska! We were hoping it would be this year for our 30th anniversary, but with the economy and my family reunion that just won't be happening!!
